Grabag is a sales company that coordinates all sales activities of her
parent company, Graf Bassenheim Immobilien- und Beteiligungs
Aktiengesellschaft, as a legally independent company and provides
services in the range of properties and other investments and has a
focus on retirement arrangements for private investors.
Grabag was
founded in 2002 and has since sold over 1000 apartments in established
offices in Berlin, Hannover and Dortmund. To help commercial and
individual investors get a share of the great opportunities on offer,
Grabag set up a London office in April 2008.
The
founders of GRABAG operated successfully in the German property market
for over 30 years. Grabag are not estate agents; they use proven,
successful sales channels and suitable financial service providers to
coordinate the sale and transaction of German real estate with a strong
